Long Island Expressway (I-495): Take Exit 46 (Sunnyside Blvd), keep to the right on the S Service Road until you reach the first stoplight. Use the left two lanes to turn LEFT at the stoplight onto Sunnyside Blvd (crossing over the LIE), continue straight over the N Service Road. Turn RIGHT onto FAIRCHILD AVENUE. Continue on FAIRCHILD AVENUE just past Dupont Street, and make a LEFT into the parking lot of 1 Dupont Street South, off of FAIRCHILD AVENUE.
Northern State Parkway: Take Exit 37A off of the Northern State Parkway for I-495 E towards Riverhead. Keep right on the S Service Road, following signs for Sunnyside Blvd (Passing by 7-Eleven on the right). Use the left 2 lanes to turn LEFT onto Sunnyside Blvd, continuing past the N Service Road. Turn RIGHT onto FAIRCHILD AVENUE. Continue on FAIRCHILD AVENUE just past Dupont Street, and make a LEFT into the parking lot of 1 Dupont Street South off of FAIRCHILD AVENUE.
Coming from East:
Long Island Expressway (I-495): Take exit 46 (Sunnyside Blvd/Plainview), merge onto the N Service Road. Turn RIGHT onto Sunnyside Blvd. Turn RIGHT onto FAIRCHILD AVENUE. Continue on FAIRCHILD AVENUE just past Dupont Street, and make a LEFT into the parking lot of 1 Dupont Street South off of FAIRCHILD AVENUE.
Northern State Parkway: Take Exit 38 off of the Northern State Parkway. Turn RIGHT onto Sunnyside Blvd Ext. Continue straight, then turn RIGHT onto Sunnyside Blvd. Continue up Sunnyside Blvd, then make a LEFT onto FAIRCHILD AVENUE. Continue on FAIRCHILD AVENUE just past Dupont Street, and make a LEFT into the parking lot of 1 Dupont Street South off of FAIRCHILD AVENUE.
